A few notes for guild wars:
1. Guild wars run Thursday and Sunday server time, for 24hr each.
2. You get 5 tries, however as long as you don't reach 50% you can pull out and try again without losing a turn, just like hero expeditions.
3. Heroes that die in guild war offense are dead on your hero base and cannot be used in guild war until they revive.
4. Guilds are matched with other similarly ranked guilds by might. I suspect the top groups will be fiercely competitive.
5. Points are awarded based on the combined might (you+target).
6. You receive (1+guild bonus)×points×0.3 fame at the END of the war. For a beginner at 10k might, this is about 100 fame + bonus per war, while a 180k might player gets about 700+bonus.
7. All guild members have the same selection of enemies to attack. Hence we should share tactics.
8. Defense only really matters for high might players as these are the preferred targets.
